Quote of the month.

(February 6, 1998) A leading consultant for the British organisation responsible for radioactive waste, Nirex, Peter Bretell, has suggested dumping radioactive wastes in south- west Africa - where there was no people, no rain, and no water table. South-west Africa had just about the ideal conditions for a nuclear dump. "Countries in Africa need the income. The income you could get is enormous - you could virtually name your price" he commented.
